Basics

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be at least 21 to travel out of state
  • Pass vision test
  • Pass color blindness test

Documents

  • Certify that you are in agreement with state motor carrier safety regulations
  • Provide a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Provide proof of identity
  • For non-U.S citizens, on a document issued by the U.S government indicating the legal presence
  • Two forms of proof of Wyoming residency
  • Provide Social Security number
  • Attend and then provide proof that you have taken a Commercial driver’s education program specifically for commercial motor vehicles
