Basics
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be at least 21 to travel out of state
- Pass vision test
- Pass color blindness test
Documents
- Certify that you are in agreement with state motor carrier safety regulations
- Provide a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Provide proof of identity
- For non-U.S citizens, on a document issued by the U.S government indicating the legal presence
- Two forms of proof of Wyoming residency
- Provide Social Security number
- Attend and then provide proof that you have taken a Commercial driver’s education program specifically for commercial motor vehicles
