We do not make hiring decisions, guarantee job placement, or guarantee the accuracy of the job descriptions provided by carriers. Your interactions, applications, and employment relationships are strictly between you and the respective carrier.
3. Eligibility
This Site is intended for adults seeking commercial driving opportunities. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. A2P Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from 5th Wheel Hub regarding CDL A job opportunities, application statuses, and related recruiting updates.
- Opt-In: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or a requirement to use our Site.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application status and matching job opportunities.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the shortcode or number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. User Conduct and Information Accuracy
When you submit information, create a profile, or apply for a job through our Site, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information about your identity, license status, endorsements, and driving history.
