  • Must be at least 21 to transport hazardous materials and passenger
  • Pass vision test
  • Pass color blindness test

Documents

  • Proof of legal presence
  • Current DOT medical certificate
  • Driving record 

Payments

  • CLP – $30
  • CDL $74
  • School bus endorsement $10 + CDL fee
  • Hazardous fingerprinting $22.50
  • Class upgrades $15
  • Endorsement upgrades are $5 each plus a $10 issuance fee
  • CDL full skills test $150
