Basics
- Must be at least 18
- Must be at least 21 to travel out of state and with passengers
- Valid Indiana State Driver’s license for at least 1 year
Documents
- Proof of U.S citizenship or lawful permanent residency
- Have 2 documents providing Indiana residency
- Doctor approved by the FMCSA fill out a medical examination report and the medical examiner’s certificate
Payments
- Commercial learner’s permit $17
- Commercial driver’s license $35
