Basics
- At least 18 years old
- Must be at least 21 to travel out of state
- Pass vision exam
Documents
- Must have Georgia driver’s license
- Medical Card
- Social security
- Residential address
- Proof of identity
- U.s citizenship/ proof of lawful status in the US
Other Necessities
- New to Georgia applicants must surrender any out of state driver’s license/permit/ID card
Payments
- Complete CDL application $35
