5th Wheel Hub LLC (“5th Wheel Hub,” “we,” “us”) runs 5thwheelhub.com. We are a driver community and job resource for CDL A drivers. When you sign up with us, we contact you about driving jobs from the trucking companies we work with. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this website or sending us your information, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or job application, we collect details such as:

  • Name, email address, phone number and mailing address
  • License type, endorsements, driving experience and work history
  • Job preferences, such as route type, home time and location
  • Anything else you choose to tell us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the site that sent you to us. We use cookies and similar tools to do this.

Communication records. If we call, text or email you, we keep records of those contacts. This includes your replies, opt-outs, and the date, time and source of your consent. It also includes call details such as the time, length and phone numbers of a call. If a call is recorded, it also includes the recording.

4. Who we share your information with

How we contact you. You sign up with 5th Wheel Hub, and 5th Wheel Hub is who contacts you. We reach out about driving jobs from the carriers we work with. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you apply for a job. If you give us information in a job application, or about a job opportunity, we may provide it to potential employers and their recruiting teams. By giving us that information, you direct us to share it with them.

Service providers. We use companies that help us run our business, such as our CRM, texting, calling, email, hosting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to do work for us.

Legal and business reasons. We may share information to comply with the law, respond to a legal request, or protect our rights or the safety of others. We may also transfer information to a buyer or successor in a merger, restructuring, or sale or transfer of some or all of our business or assets, where personal information is among the assets transferred.

What we do not share. We do not share your call and text consent with any party not named in the consent you gave. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, 5th Wheel Hub will send you text messages about CDL A job opportunities, your application and related recruiting updates.

  • Consent is not required. You do not have to agree to texts to apply for a job or use our site.
  • Message frequency varies. It depends on your application and the jobs that match you.
  • Msg & data rates may apply. These depend on your mobile plan.
  • To stop: Reply STOP to any message. You may get one final message confirming you are opted out.

  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Phone calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be called, we may call you about job opportunities and your application. With your consent, these calls may be made with automated dialing technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice. A call may also connect you directly to a recruiter at a carrier you applied to.

Call recording. Calls with us, and calls we connect between you and a recruiter, may be recorded. We use recordings for quality, training, and to keep a record of the conversation. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded. By staying on the call, you agree to the recording.

To stop calls: Tell the person on the call, follow the prompt on an automated call, or contact us at [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, and usually sooner.

7. Email

If you give us your email address, we may email you about job opportunities and your application. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to be removed.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Remove you from our driver list
  • Stop calls, texts or emails

To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have added rights under state privacy law, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request.

9. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to remember your visit, measure how our site and ads perform, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. 10. How long we keep information
